About half of all mined copper is used to make electrical wires and cables. The price of wires has risen sharply with the rise in the
price of copper commodities. Copper's inherent resistance causes excessive power loss during transmission.

PCC cables offer many advantages, including good conductivity, thermal resistance, and low unit cost.

  • Almost unaffected by external temperature (minimum heat resistance due to solar heat)
  • Almost unaffected by rising raw material prices.

Although the lock-in effect of conventional copper cables is slowing down the transition to new polymeric carbon composite mate-
rials, it is a necessary task for a green world.
